Fabrice studied tourism in Reunion Island and Paris, then worked in a string of hotels, from budget to top-end, in the French capital before choosing to come back and take over the family's guest house, which he prompty improved upon.
He strongly believes that guests expect more from a hotel than just a good bed. For instance, he plans to introduce distinctive local scents in some of the rooms, to leave a more lasting impression in the guest's memories, including clove, ylang-ylang, wild coffee, coriander and canelle.
Tatiana, his wife, shares with him the responsabilities of the hotel. She oversees the decoration and the garden. Tatiana studied agronomy, but ended up working for a cellphone manufacturer. They are both very happy to welcome their guests to Residence Camelia.
